We're Ready to Assist You In Accessing Our Online Parenting Seminars.
Better Family University online seminars are web enabled seminars that function much like a teleconference. Except in our seminars, you will not only be able to hear the seminar using your phone, you will be able to watch, understand and participate in the seminar...in real-time. You’ll even have the ability to ask questions throughout the seminar. You can join a Webinar with a few simple steps:
1. Sign up for the Better Family University online seminar (which you may have already done)
2. You will receive a confirmation email from Better Family University and GotoWebinar with the following details:
a. The phone number and PIN# of the call (AUDIO)
b. The LINK to the on line seminar (webinar) (VIDEO)
NOTE: In order to get both AUDIO and VIDEO for the webinar, you MUST dial in to the phone number we sent you AND click the link for the Webinar on the day of the event.
3. When you click the link to view the VIDEO portion of the Webinar, you will automatically download a small program that enables you to view the video and ask us questions. This is a SAFE program to allow on your computer.
Make sure you ALLOW the program to download AND tell your firewall software that it\'s okay for the program to access the Internet (create a rule if needed).
4. If this is your first time on a webinar, make sure you click the webinar link at least 10-15 minutes BEFORE the webinar starts so you can download the software and get your firewall software straight.
DO NOT WAIT until 2 minutes before the webinar to do this because we may not be able to provide tech support on the phone right before the webinar is starting.
5. Get ready to view and participate in the webinar by asking questions in the Q&A window you will see on your screen.
